RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to
show that:
a. Petitioner declined, with spousal concurrence, participation
in the Survivor Benerit Pian (SBP) padus Lo his 27 November 2072
transfer to the Permanent Disability Retired List (PDRL) .
b. Note: this change is being made because of evidence that
Petitioner was previously automatically enrolled in SBP without the
benefit of proper counseling.
c. A copy of this Report of Proceedings will be filed in
Petitioner's naval record.
4. It is certified that quorum was present at the Board’s review and
